The Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council Councillor Gerard Mullaney, will open a Book of Condolence in memory of the late Sinéad O'Connor, who passed away on Wednesday.

The Book will be open from 3 pm on Monday, 31st July, in the offices of Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside.
The Book of Condolences will be available for signing by members of the public from 3.15 pm on Monday, 31st July and will be open from Monday to Friday, 9 am until 5 pm for a period of two weeks.
On behalf of Sligo County Council's Elected Members and staff, the Cathaoirleach and Chief Executive Martin Lydon expressed their sympathies to the family and friends of Sinéad O'Connor, stating that the thoughts and prayers of the people of County Sligo were with Sinéad's family at this difficult time.
