Sligo County Council hereby gives Notice of its proposal to make Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 for the purpose of regulating the Special Speed Limit that shall apply on public roads in the County of Sligo as set out in the Bye-Laws and in the interests of Road Safety.
