SLIGO URBAN AREA:
Western Distributor Rd:
Temporary Traffic management will be in operation Wednesday 30th of April from 10:00 to 16:00 to facilitate Road Sweeping. Delays can be expected. SCC apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Strandhill Road Railway Bridge
Temporary Traffic management Traffic Lights will be in operation Monday 28th of April from 10:00 to 16:00 to facilitate gully cleaning and Pothole Repair. Delays can be expected. SCC apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Footpath Enhancement works Sligo Urban Area:
Footpath Enhancements works are ongoing at Doorly Park, Markievicz Road, Tesco Carpark, Markievicz Heights, Pearse Road, St. Joachiem Terrace and Pearse Road. Temporary traffic management will be in operation during the works. Sligo County Council apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Castle Street
Construction works on a building on Castle Street will be ongoing from 14th April to 31st April. There will be Traffic Management measures in place throughout the works with disruptions to traffic and pedestrians minimised.
Markievicz Bridge/New Bridge, Bridge Steet Sligo:
Emergency Repair Works at Markievicz Bridge/New Bridge, Bridge Steet Sligo. Traffic shall be reduced to a Single Lane on Bridge Street and Markievicz Bridge to permit Emergency Repair Works to be undertaken at Markievicz Bridge. Works are to commence in Monday 7th April. Works. Work are expected to be complete 8th May.

Road Restoration L34082 - Clogher Graveyard
Road Restoration will be carried out on the L34082, traffic management will be in place, A 50Km/hr speed limit will be in operation within the site, local access will be provided.
Road Restoration L74281 - Clogher Beg
Road Restoration will be carried out on the L74281, traffic management will be in place, A 50Km/hr speed limit will be in operation within the site, local access will be provided.
Road Restoration L7418- Formoyle
Road Restoration will be carried out on the L7418, traffic management will be in place, A 50Km/hr speed limit will be in operation within the site, local access will be provided.
Road Restoration L7412 - Cloonderry
Road Restoration will be carried out on the L7412, traffic management will be in place, A 50Km/hr speed limit will be in operation within the site, local access will be provided.
Pothole Repair
Routine maintenance will continue on regional and local roads throughout North Sligo in the coming weather permitting. A stop and Go operations will be in effect.

Safe Routes to School – Enniscrone: Cliff Road & Main Street
Footpath upgrade works will be continuing throughout next week to complete the project along both Cliff Road and Main Street.
Traffic management will be in place at both locations with minimal disruption to traffic.

Construction of a pedestrian crossing will continue on L 5801 at Castlebaldwin National School for the next week. Temporary Traffic Management will be in place.
Pothole repair works will continue in the Ballymote area. Traffic control will be in operation, but no delays are expected.
