Ground Investigations – Doorly Park Area

As part of the Eastern Garvoge Bridge project there will be further site investigations taking place in the green area between The Gate Lodge and Garavogue Villas on Monday 19^th of May.  It is expected that this will only cause minimum disruption to traffic.

SLIGO – DRUMCLIFFE AREA:

Pothole Repair & Patching works will be carried out at various location on the N15 & N16. Traffic Management will be in place and minor delays expected.

Safe Routes to School – Enniscrone: Cliff Road & Main Street

Footpath upgrade works will be continuing throughout next week to complete the project along both Cliff Road and Main Street.

Traffic management will be in place at both locations with minimal disruption to traffic.

Castlebaldwin National School:

Construction of a pedestrian crossing will continue on L 5801 at Castlebaldwin National School for the next week. Temporary Traffic Management will be in place.

Pothole repair works will continue in the Ballymote area. Traffic control will be in operation, but no delays are expected.

TUBBERCURRY AREA:

N17 BALLYNACARROW - HD28 PAVEMENT RESURFACING CONTRACT

Major road resurfacing works will commence on the N17 (Sligo-Tubbercurry National Primary Road) on Monday 19^th May, in the townlands of Ballynacarrow south & Rathbaun.

The duration of the works will take approximately two weeks. Traffic management will be in place with a 50km/h speed limit in place. Traffic delays are expected.

SLIGO- STRANDHILL AREA:

Signage/ pothole  repairs will be carried out within the Sligo/Strandhill Area, Traffic management will be in operation. Minor delays expected.
