TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROAD SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993
AND PART 8 ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994
(SI NO.119 OF 1994)

Notice is hereby given of the Intention of Sligo County Council to close the following roads to public traffic on the following dates in 2022.

Stephen Street Carpark to facilitate the following events:

Sligo Summer Festival 2022 

• 6pm Tuesday 2^nd August to 6pm Monday 8^th August

Abbey Street Carpark, Abbey Street, Castle Street, Grattan Street, O'Connell Street, Fish Quay and Quay Street to facilitate the following event:

Military Tattoo Parade 2022

• 1.30pm to 3.15pm Saturday 3^rd September

Castle Street, Grattan Street, O'Connell Street, Lower Knox Street, Rockwood Parade and JFK Parade to facilitate the following event:

Cannonball Run 2022

• 5.30pm to 8pm Saturday 10^th September

Note that parking along JFK Parade will be prohibited from 8am to 8pm on Saturday 10^th September.
