Hourly Parking in Car Parks
The minimum parking period in respect of each of the car parks listed in Part 1 of the Schedule in these Bye-Laws shall be for a period of 20 minutes. The fee for a parking ticket shall be 40 cents for 20 minutes. The parking period will increase at 5 minute intervals and the fee per 5 minute intervals will be 10 cents. The fee of €1.20 will apply for a period of up to one hour.
The minimum parking period in respect of the car parks listed in Part II of the Schedule to these Bye Laws shall be for a period of 20 minutes. The fee for a parking ticket shall be 30 cents for 20 minutes. The parking period will increase at 20 minute intervals and the fee per 20 minute intervals will be 30 cents. The fee of 90 cent will apply for a period of up to one hour.
Daily Parking in Car Parks
The fee for a parking ticket in respect of the car parts listed in Part III of the Schedule of these Bye Laws shall be €3.00 for a period of one day.
On Street Parking Charges
€1.20 per hour (minimum parking 20 minutes at 40 cents. Parking period will increase at 5 minute intervals and the fee per 5 minute interval will be 10 cents)
Exceptions: All Day parking charges of €3.00 per day will apply to the following on street parking places only
- The Mall between Calry Lane and River Lane.
- Finisklin Road from Pirn Mill Road to Rathedmond Road.
- St Brigids place to boundary of meter parking on Mail Coach Road.
- Pirn Mill Road between Finisklin Road and Ballast Quay
- Road through City Gate Apartments from Mail Coach Road to Cul de Sac end
