That this Council start the process of having a number of summer seats installed along the route of N4, from Hughes Bridge to the junction at Carlton Cross.

In light of the number of road accidents at the T Junction at Ballinode that connects Molloway Hill, Ashlane, the N16 and Hazelwood Road R286, that this Council calls on The roads department to carry out the necessary safety Study to see how we can improve this junction in the interest of health and safety.

(i) Reply received from the office of the Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohue TD in relation to the correspondence issued on foot of Item No 12 of the Meeting of May 18th - ‘Retention of the 9% VAT rate for the Hospitality sector until the end of 2023.
(ii) Correspondence issued to the office of the Minister for Transport, Eamon Ryan Donohue TD calling for the rerouting of route S2 to provide for Maugheraboy until new route S3 becomes operational.
(iii) Request from Marie Byrne, Director of the Hawks Well Theatre, with regard to making a presentation to the members.
