MOTIONS

  1. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor K. Henry and Councillor M. Baker: 
    “That the Council carry out an assessment of maintenance works required for Kilmorgan old graveyard and to ask if the Council can assist in carrying out these works”.
  2. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor M. Gormley: 
    “I call for the up-to-date position on Templemanor Estate, Ballinacarrow. When is it proposed to take it in charge?”.
  3. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor K. Henry: 
    “To ask when will the R296 be resurfaced at Carrownanty by RMS as promised?”.
  4. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor K. Henry: 
    “That a speed and traffic counter be placed on the Keenaghan road to assess the number of vehicles travelling this road and possible safety works”.
  5. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor M. Gormley: 
    “That we be provided with a report as to the position on the Planning Application to upgrade the Lough Talt water supply where a boil water notice is in place since February affecting 13,000 consumers”.
