TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS 
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993 
Part 8 Roads Regulations 1994 (SI No 119 of 1994) 

Notice is hereby given of the decision of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic, Water Lane from its junction with Castle Street R286 and its junction with Rockwood Parade in the Sligo Urban Area. 

This temporary road closure is necessary to facilitate works at the Public Realm Project Upgrades.  The period of closure is from 24.00 on Tuesday 7th April to 24.00 on Friday 31st July, 2026. 

The pedestrian route remains accessible.
