TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993 AND PART 8 ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994 
(SI NO.119 OF 1994)

• This notice is the intention of Sligo County Council for the closure of L-75012-0 Finisklin to L75016-0 Far Finisklin to the public
• This temporary road closure is necessary to facilitate Farrans Construction Limited carry out sewer upgrade works on behalf of Uisce Eireann. Pedestrian route remains accessible during works.
• The period of proposed closure 24hr from 9^th November to 27^th November, 2026.

Alternative access Diversion via Far Finisklin Road & Finisklin Road L-9019 & L-75016

Any person aggrieved by the proposed closure may lodge a written objection setting out the grounds thereof with Mr. Jim Molloy, Director of Services, Climate & Infrastructure, Sligo County Council, Riverside, Sligo not later than 5pm on Tuesday 20^th October, 2026.
