I, the undersigned, being the returning officer at the ratepayer plebiscite held to determine the level of support among ratepayers of rateable property for a proposal for a business improvement district scheme from the Sligo BID Company Ltd, hereby declare the result of the said plebiscite as follows:

• Number of votes in favour of BID proposal: 328
• Number of votes against BID proposal: 89
