Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, a copy of these draft Bye-Laws is available for inspection at the Customer Services Desk, Sligo County Council Offices, Riverside, Sligo from Thursday 15^th March 2018 to Friday 13^th April 2018 (both days inclusive) during normal office hours Monday to Friday or you can view the document on Sligo County Council’s website below.

Submissions in relation to the proposed revised Bye-Laws may be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Casual Trading, Environmental Services, Sligo County Council, Riverside, Sligo or by email to casualtrading@sligococo.ie not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 30^th April 2018.  Such submissions received will be taken into consideration before the making of the Bye-Laws by Sligo County Council.
