Sligo County Council is pleased to announce the formal signing of a contract for the construction of three housing units at Glenview Park, Ash Lane, Sligo.

The works will be delivered by McCusker Contracts, following their appointment as the successful contractor for the scheme. The development has been designed by Sligo County Council's Housing Capital Section and forms a key part of the Council's ongoing efforts to expand the availability of high-quality housing across County Sligo.
Construction has now commenced, with completion and delivery of the units expected in Q1 2027.
Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council, Cllr Dara Mulvey, welcomed the project, stating:
"I am pleased to see work commence on these three new homes at Glenview Park. This development represents another positive step in Sligo County Council's commitment to providing high-quality housing and meeting local housing needs. I would like to acknowledge the work of the Council's Housing Capital Section in bringing this project forward and wish McCusker Contracts every success with the construction phase."
