  1. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Municipal District of Ballymote-Tubbercurry held on 21st October 2019 (Copy attached and posted on extranet).
  2. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Municipal District of Ballymote-Tubbercurry held on 21st October 2019 to consider the Draft 2020 Budgetary Plan (Copy attached and posted on extranet).

MOTIONS

  1. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor D. Mulvey:
    “I call on Sligo County Council to erect signage ‘SLOW DOWN CONCEALED ENTRANCE’ for residents exiting their homes at Ardregh, Ballymote”.
  2. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor D. Mulvey:
    “To call on Sligo County Council to fit extra signage at Killoran Crossroads, Coolaney for Mullinabreena and the new tourist scenic walkway that has been put in place up Knock Na Shee Hill”.
  3. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor D. Mulvey:
    “I ask that the road L56012 Five Crossroads into Clooncuse can be included in a scheme as there are many bad dips and hollows on this road into the lake which attracts a lot of fishermen and there are residents living at the end of this road”.
  4. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor M. Clarke:
    “To call on Irish Water to upgrade the Easkey sewerage system and to extend the system to facilitate 20 houses in Fortland".
  5. To consider the following Motion as submitted by Councillor G. Mullaney:
    “To call on Sligo County Council to repair the back wall in Carrownanty Old Cemetery, Ballymote”.

    “To call on the Director of Services for Infrastructure to seek additional funding to continue the verge strengthening on the R284 where it’s required”.
