“That this May meeting be adjourned as a mark of respect on the death of former Councillor, Joe Cawley.”

The Cathaoirleach, on behalf of the members offered condolences to the family of Joe Cawley and to the wife and family of staff member, Tommy McHugh who passed away recently after a short illness.

The Manager, on behalf of the staff, offered his sympathy to the family of Joe Cawley. Mr Kearns also paid tribute to the late Tommy McHugh, as a valued member of staff, and on his own behalf and on behalf of the staff offered his sympathies to Tommy’s wife Ursula and family.
