Spring into Action – A Community Learning Together

Spring into Action – A Community Learning Together

The Spring into Action event returns this April. Spring into Action – A Community Learning Together is now in its second year after a successful inaugural event last year.

A one-day programme of events aimed at all ages will be held in the Abbeyquarter Community Centre, Cranmore on Tuesday 11th April 2023 from 10.30 am until 4 pm. It will include storytelling from Wayne O’Connor at 10.45 am, arts & crafts, information stands, and fun activities to promote learning as an everyday experience that begins in the home and continues in the community.

Sligo Music Generation will provide the musical entertainment from 1 pm with performances from Electric Neon Cats and Sligo Rock Project Band.

Bring your family and friends and join us for a great day of Spring fun. The events are free to attend, and all are welcome.

Partners with the Cranmore Regeneration Office on the day will include Abbeyquarter Community Centre, Cranmore Community Co-Op, Sligo Education Centre, Sligo Springboard Family Support Service, Sligo Music Generation, Sligo Library, Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership, Lifestart Childcare Sligo, and ATU.
