14th October: 

Educational Puppet shows  By Kids Party Club  10am to 1pm. Primary Schools have been invited to attend

Puppet Show held in Sligo Library

20th October  -  23rd October  

Author David Donohoe will host creative writing workshops and author readings  in Sligo Central Library 20th & 23rd October. Enniscrone National School  21st October and Tubbercurry Community Library 22nd October 2009

22nd October:

FÁS, in partnership with the Sligo County Library Service, are delighted to introduce the ‘FÁS eLearning at the Library Project’ to the Sligo and Tubbercurry libraries. This learning programme begins in Sligo Central Library from 9.30am until 12.30pm on Thursday 22nd October.

28th October:

During Halloween Break we have 3 Puppet Shows in Sligo Central Library hosted by Chris Thompson.
The 3 shows take place at 10.30am, 12 noon and 2pm. Booking is advisable
