Sligo County Council in conjunction with Sligo County Community Forum are currently benchmarking broadband access within the County.

Broadband access takes two main forms: -

1. Fixed line (Telephone / Land line)
2. Wireless (Mobile & wireless broadband) -                 "Wireless benchmarking is currently being completed".

If you are a user of a  "fixed line" broad band service (via telephone lines), we would appreciate your assistance in completing the following technical survey by: -

1. Goto the Speed test website www.speedtest.net
2. Then click "begin test".
3. Wait until test is complete and record the following information
                   Download                  =           (e.g.     0.94  Mb/s)
                   Upload                      =           (e.g.    0.12  Mb/s)
                   Ping(Delay test)         =            (e.g.    55ms)
4. Fill in the fields below with the data collected in Step 4
5. When all are details entered in please click "submit" to complete survey.
