Temporary Closing of Roads - Motor Rally

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993

Notice is hereby given of the decision of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic the
roads listed hereunder during the periods indicated on Saturday, 7th July 2012 to facilitate the holding of a Motor Rally by Connacht Motor Club (Sligo) Ltd.

Stage 1 - Period of Closure - 09:12 to 18:02

From junction of the L6801-67 Rathosey /Coolaney, to L6801-51 Seeviness, to L6801-32 Carrowgavneen, L6803-0 and L6809-0 Gortakeeran, to L6809-11 Cabragh/Ballinvalley, to L2205-61 Carrownaskeagh/Carrownabanny, to L2205-32 Ladies Brea, L2304-0 Farranyharpy, to L2303-26 Doonflin upper, L23033-0 and L23036-0.

Alternative route will be via N59 Mullanashee, Lugnadeffe onto L2801-0 (Hungry Rock) Tullaghan Coolaney.
 

Stage 2 - Period of Closure - 09:56 to 18:36

From LP4701-68 Lough Easkey to LP4702-0 Sessuegilroy, to LP4702-0 Sessuecommon.

Alternative route will be via N59, N17, R294.
 

Stage 3 - Period of Closure - 10:23 to 19:11

From junction of the LS8704-0 at Corsallagh to its junction with LP4703-0 at Doomore to
LS8605-0 at Carraun, to LT 84015-0 at Carraun to its junction with LS8401-26 at Mullaghanarry to LS 8409-0 at Mullaghanarry to the LS8403-0 at Lisseneagh to the LS8401-0 at Pullagh to LP4604-0 at Carrowntawn to its junction with the LS8606-0 at Lavagh to LS 8607-0 at Carrownaworan to the LS 6807-0 at Finlough to the LS6808-0 at Rockfinlough.

Alternative route will be via the N17 Tubbercurry. LS8705-29, LP4702-34 to Cloonacool, LP4603-0, LP8601-0, LP6804-0, LP2801-43 Coolaney, LP2801-70, N17 Templehouse andalong N17 to Tubbercurry.
