Road Works Speed Limit Order

SECTION 10 OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 2004

The Director of Infrastructural Services has made Orders dated 2nd and 10th June, 2010 pursuant to Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 indicating that a Special Speed Limit of 50kph shall apply to road works being undertaken by the Council at locations as hereunder.  These Limits shall remain in force for a period of one year or for the duration of the works at the location specified.
