PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

Notice under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001, Part 8 (Article 81) (as amended by the Planning and Development Regulations 2006)

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to carry out work at the following location:

• Provision of new cemetery to rear of Dromard Church at Altanelvick, Dromard, Co. Sligo.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during office hours at the Community & Enterprise Office, Development Centre, Cleveragh Road, Sligo from 9th June 2010 to 16th July 2010 (both dates inclusive).

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing and must reach the undersigned not later than 5.00 pm on Friday 30th July 2010.
