Proposed Development at Achonry, Tubbercurry

Notice under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001, Part 8 (Article 81) (as amended by the Planning and Development Regulations 2006)

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to carry out work at the following location:

• Provision of a demountable dwelling, and connection to existing septic tank, percolation area, and all associated site development works at Achonry Td, Achonry, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during office hours at the Housing Office, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo from 31st March, 2010 to 14th May, 2010 (both dates inclusive).

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing and must reach the undersigned not later than 5.00 pm on 31st May, 2010.
