Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Sligo County Council to consider the making of a declaration that the roads listed hereunder to be public roads.  Maps showing the roads may be inspected at the Infrastructural Services Department, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St Anne’s Place, Sligo, during the office hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm between Thursday, 18th March, 2010 and  Monday, 19th April, 2010.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St Anne’s Place, Sligo in relation to such declaration before 4.00 pm on Tuesday 4th May, 2010.

L-68024-0	Road situate in the housing estate of “Cluain Aine” in the townland of Carrownacleigha (road 72 metres long x 6 metres wide).
