Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to consider the making of a declaration that the roads listed hereunder to be public roads.  Maps showing the roads may be inspected at the Infrastructural Services Department, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St Anne’s Place, Sligo, during the office hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm between Thursday, 21st January, 2010 and Thursday, 25th February, 2010.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St Anne’s Place, Sligo in relation to such declaration before 4.00 pm on Thursday, 11th March, 2010.

Description of Roads to be Public Roads

L-76162-0	Roads situate in the housing estate of “The Crescent” in the townland of Knockmuldowney.
