Sligo Arts Service calls for imaginative and innovative proposals that develop individual artforms and community arts practice

Arts Act Grants:

For activities taking place from mid April 2010 to April 2011

The Arts Grant supports diverse artistic activities based in County Sligo,

• to support community-based arts festivals,  events and activities
• to provide an opportunity for community- based groups  to work on a project with  professional artists (of all artforms)
• to support amateur and voluntary arts  groups improve their expertise and skills by  working with professionals
• to encourage intercultural arts activity in  County Sligo.

Individual Artist Bursary

The purpose of the Individual Artist Bursary Scheme is to support professional artists or a group of artists in their carreers and the development of their arts practice i.e. to buy time, space and freedom to concentrate on a body of work.

Maximum grant / bursary amount available €2,000.
