Discharge of Effluent to Waters

Sligo County Council intends to review the effluent discharge licence issued to Kilcullen’s Seaweed Baths, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo. The licence is for the discharge of water from the seaweed baths to the sea at Enniscrone. The reference number of the discharge licence issued under Section 4 of the Local Government (Water Pollution) Acts 1977 and 1990 is DL(W) 9 (previously referenced SS23/428). Representations relating to the review may be made in writing to Sligo County Council, The Environment Section, Unit 9, Cleveragh Business Park, Sligo within one month of the date of issue of this notice.
