Adopted Sligo and Environs Development Plan 2010-2016

NOTICE OF MAKING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SLIGO AND ENVIRONS 2010 - 2016

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 12 (12) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 that the Development Plan for Sligo and Environs 2010 – 2016 was made by the members of Sligo County Council and Sligo Borough Council at their meetings on 2nd November, 2009.

The Sligo and Environs Development Plan will be effective from 30th November, 2009.

A copy of the plan may be inspected or purchased during normal office hours, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (incl. lunchtimes), at the Planning Office, Sligo County Council and Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm at the Planning Office, Sligo Borough Council. The plan is also available for viewing and download from the Councils’ websites at www.sligoborough.ie/sedp and www.sligococo.ie/sedp.

A copy of the Plan will be available for inspection/purchase from 11th November 2009 at the following locations/times:

Planning Office, Sligo County Council, Council Hall, Riverside, Sligo
Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm  (including lunchtimes)

Sligo City Library, Stephen Street, Sligo
Tuesday - Friday 10.00 - 5.00 pm
Saturday 10.00 am - 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm
