Declaration of Public Roads

DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROADS – ROADS ACT, 1993.
THE PADDOCKS HOUSING ESTATE, SLIGO

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 11(i)(b)(iii) of the Roads Act, 1993 that Sligo Borough Council propose to declare the roads within The Paddocks Housing Estate, Sligo, to be public roads.

Maps showing the roads in question may be inspected at The Engineering Section, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo until Friday 30th June, 2006, between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Town Clerk not later than 5pm on Monday 17th July, 2006 in relation to the proposed declaration of the roads as public roads.
