Temporary Closing of Upper John Street

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROAD SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993 AND PART 8 ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994 (SI NO.119 OF 1994)

Sligo County Council has made an order to temporarily close the west bound lanes of Upper John Street to through traffic from 7.00am on Tuesday 9thth August 2011 to 8.00pm on Wednesday 10th August 2011.

Two Diversions will be in place for the duration of the works as follows:

• Diversion Route (1) Via Temple Street, Gallows Hill and N4 Inner relief road
• Diversion Route (2) Via Adelaide Street and Ted Nealon Road

The diversion route map is available for inspection by members of the public at Sligo County Council Water Services Section, St. Annes Place, Sligo between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm and on the Sligo County Council website http://www.sligococo.ie/

This closure is necessary to facilitate repairs to water services infrastructure.

Sligo County Council regrets any inconvenience that this may cause.
