Proposed Chip Depot in Mullanbreena TD, Tubbercurry Co. Sligo



NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT) 2000, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001 PART 8

Notice is hereby given that Sligo County Council intend carry out site development works to facilitate the development of a chip depot

The Proposed Development includes the following:

  • The removal of excess material, construction of chip bays, relocation of front boundary fence, erection of palisade fence along public road, creation of new entrance to remaining quarry and all other associated works.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase (at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy) during office hours at the offices of Sligo County Council, The Governor’s House, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo  or the Tubbercurry Area Office, Teach Laighne, Humbert Street, Tubbercurry from Monday 9th March, 2009 until Friday 24th April, 2009.

Submissions and observations in respect of the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be situated, may be made in writing to the Director of Infrastructural Services, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo to be received within a period of 2 weeks following the expiration of the period of public display but no later than Friday 15th May, 2009.
