Proposed Development - Alma Terrace, Finisklin, Sligo

 Notice under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001, Part 8 (Article 81), (as amended by the Planning and Development Regulations 2006)

Notice is hereby given that Sligo Borough Council proposes to carry out work at Alma Terrace, Finisklin, Sligo.

Development will consist of the:

• Redevelopment of existing transient site, works to include:
  Demolition of 5 Number existing service blocks on the existing Transient Site and Construction of 4 Number Service Blocks and associated Bays, Caretakers Hut / Meeting Room and associated Site Works at Alma Terrace, Finisklin Sligo.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during office hours at the Planning Section, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo from Wednesday, 11th February to Wednesday, 25th March, 2009 (both days inclusive). 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing and must reach the undersigned not later than 4.30 pm on Wednesday 8th April  2009.
