PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

In accordance with Part VIII of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations, 2001:

Notice is hereby given that Sligo Borough Council propose to carry out the following development:

CONSTRUCTION OF 25 no. RESIDENTIAL UNITS AT SHANNON EIGHTER, SLIGO

which shall include:
Construction of 19 no. houses, 3 no. apartments, 2 no. duplex apartments, and 1 no. bungalow, with new vehicular access onto Old Bundoran Road, associated road widening, on site car parking, landscaping and associated site works.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at the Planning Section, City Hall, Quay St, Sligo between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm during the period Wednesday 5th July 2006 to Thursday 3rd August 2006, excluding bank holidays.

Submission or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development is situated, may be made in writing and must reach the Town Clerk, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay St, Sligo not later than 4.30 pm Monday 21st August 2006.
