Temporary Closing of Roads - The Lane, Tubbercurry

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic, the public road known as The Lane, Tubbercurry. This is to facilitate the laying of a new storm water sewer system within the town of Tubbercurry.

The period of proposed closure is from Monday 14th August, 2006 to Monday 28th August, 2006, inclusive.

Local access will be maintained but there will be no access to ‘through traffic’. The alternative route will be via the existing bypass of Tubbercurry.

Any person aggrieved by the proposed closure may lodge a written objection, setting out the grounds therefore, with the Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St Anne’s Place, Sligo not later than 5.00 pm on Wednesday 12th July, 2006.
