About Special Projects

The Special Projects Office works to identify and promote emerging public development opportunities on behalf of Sligo Local Authorities.
In addition the Office works to:

• Maintain up to date knowledge and disseminate information on current EU, Exchequer and other funding programmes.
• Promote Sligo Local Authorities involvement in Cross Border Initiatives.
• Maintain up to date knowledge and disseminate information on current and future trends in Local Government
• Assist in Corporate Management and Strategic Management Projects.
