The purpose of the Structures at Risk Fund is to assist with works to safeguard structures protected under the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010 and, in certain cases, works to safeguard structures within Architectural Conservation Areas where an urgent need for works to such structures has arisen and has been demonstrated.  Only structures in immediate danger of significant deterioration will qualify for consideration for funding.

Sligo County Council is now inviting applications from owners and occupiers (with the consent of the owner) of protected structures seeking support for conservation works.  Please note that the above grant scheme applies to both the County and Borough Council areas.
