Rent-Free Month

Last year Sligo Borough Council introduced Rent Free Month which offered tenants the opportunity to be included in a draw for one months free rent. The ‘month’ was December and twelve households would benefit. Due to the success of this venture, Sligo Borough Council will be making this offer again in 2006 and it will also be extended to the County Council. The conditions of the draw are simple: All rent must be paid regularly and up to date. All tenants are presently being notified of this offer in both the Borough and County.
