Notice is hereby given that Sligo County Council proposes to carry out works consisting of:

The construction of an apartment building of three and four storeys in height, to include fourteen (14) dwellings, consisting of six(6 no) two person single bedroom apartments , two (2 no) three person two-bed apartments, and six (6 no) two-bed, four person apartments , and all associated site development works, including a new vehicular entrance and access road onto the R291, widening of existing footpath along the Rosses Point road, together with the provision of 14 no. car parking spaces, including two special needs parking spaces , open space and landscaping, and associated drainage at Rosses Point Road, Cartron TD, Sligo.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during Council office hours at the Main Foyer, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo from Tuesday 3rd October 2017 to Wednesday 1st November 2017 (both dates inclusive).

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development would be situate, may be made in writing and must reach the undersigned not later than 4.pm on Wednesday, 15th November 2017.
