Maximum level of funding per project is €90,000

Minimum level of funding per project is €1,250

Overall Budget for this call is: €180,000

Details:

The call involves a competitive process which is intended to specifically assist local environmental/community groups to support projects aimed at protecting and improving local biodiversity and environmental water resources, a sample of possible projects are:

  • Training and Publications
  • Awareness Raising and Promotion
  • Biodiversity Action Plans
  • Habitat and Species Surveys
  • Habitat Management Plans and Associated Capital Works
  • Invasive Species - Training and Control Measures 75 % grant rate for community

50% grant rate for private promoters

Maximum project duration 12 months

This call for Expressions of Interest (EOls) is extended to Monday 30th September 2019

Those successful at this Expression of Interest (EOI) stage, will then be invited to submit a full application. Submission of Full Applications from those successful at EOI stage must be made by 29th October 2019.
