Dr Ian Paisley Visits Sligo


Dr Ian Paisley visited Sligo for a series of engagements this week. He was invited by the Banada Development Association to unveil a monument at the Banada Peace Park, and he attended a reception in Teach Laighne, Tubbercurry, hosted by Cathaoirleach Councillor Gerry Murray.

Dr Paisley also visited the Presbyterian Manse in Sligo on the invitation of the Reverend Alan Mitchell, and he concluded his Sligo itinerary with a visit to City Hall for a reception hosted by Mayor Councillor Jim McGarry.
